STEWART JONES, AIA Principal
Led by Stewart Jones AIA and his 35 years of experience leading projects large and small, such as the David H. Koch Theater, Radio City Music Hall, and the New Amsterdam Theatre. Project leadership of the design team is essential to bringing out the best talent, concepts and design. His unique approach of steering the design to serve its use and purpose differentiates his work from others. His love of repurposing and rehabilitating structures provides the greatest contribution to the sustainable world. A Graduate of Kent State University, Stewart has thoroughly enjoyed working in New York City over his career and watching the city, his projects, live, breathe and adapt. WILLIAM LEEDS, AIA Consulting Architect
Bill holds degrees in Architecture and Landscape Architecture from New York City University School of Environmental Design. He is a licensed Architect with over 30 years experience and an active member of the American Institute of Architects. A Long Island native with offices in New York City, Murray Hill and in Southampton, North Sea. He has a passion for landmark buildings & the culture of New York City & the East End. He enjoys finding creative solutions through communicating with clients, exploring design and nature to solve architectural challenges. Bill is active in maintaining the local historic architecture and supports the protection of the farms, bays and oceans in Long Island. Bill lives in Midtown NYC & Southampton with his wife, Diana, his son, Jackson, and his dog, Alfie.
JAMES AKERS, Architect, Strategy and Design
Affiliated architect James Akers worked with Stewart Jones at Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer where he spearheaded the renovation of the Rainbow Room hospitality complex on top of Radio City Music Hall, the creation of the new Glimmerglass Opera House, and the refresh of the now-gone Windows on the World Restaurant at WTC. He has worked as a design consultant at Rockwell Group for the last 25 years, participating in the creation of major hospitality and entertainment projects around the world. He is an active citizen, devoted player of pianos, father of three, and splits his time between Chelsea, NYC and The Berkshires, Massachusetts
Irvin Ponde, Consulting Architect
Irvin has been serving as key component in the success of projects since 2006. He combines a practical approach with energy, creativitiy and enthusiasm on all of his projects. Years of experience working with the NYC Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation Commission, Southampton Planning Board and Southampton Building Department he oversees many of the firm's renovation and new construction projects. Irv is in direct contact with the NYC Department of Building, Landmarks Conservancy, Architectural Review Boards and navigates through these institutions with proven success on complex projects.
Irv holds a B.S. in Architecture from Norwich University in Vermont and is an AIA Associate.
